Staffing Project Analyst

+ Tracks financial accuracy for 30+ small projects – Actual spending, forecasting, customer invoicing, etc.
+ Works with multiple cross-functional teams to ensure project financials are correct and timely.
+ Monitors weekly timecards and partner payments for 30+ resources.
+ Works with outside partners on issues, credits, and invoices.
+ Accurate and timely request of 30+ monthly customer invoices.
+ Forecasts, with accuracy, project costs, revenue and end dates.
+ Assists with and/or creates customer-facing Change Orders.
+ Maintains and distributes multiple internal and customer-facing reports with accuracy and professionalism.
+ Reviews and submits signed change orders in a timely manner
+ Tracks documentation deliverables for multiple projects
