Staff Veterinarian

Mission

Duties/Responsibilities:

•Oversee the health and welfare of breeder flocks in coordination with the production teams across PA, VA, NE, IA, OR, and any future locations.

•Collaborate closely with fellow staff veterinarians to balance workload, coordinate projects, and align responsibilities, supported by a weekly veterinary Teams call with the full team and the General Manager.

•Ensure proper implementation of the company’s Poultry Health, Biosecurity, and NPIP monitoring programs across all breeder and hatchery operations.

•Conduct routine site visits to hatcheries and farms to evaluate bird health, verify compliance with standards, and recommend corrective actions when needed.

•Lead and oversee NPIP compliance along with all other required qualifications and certifications related to bird health and program standards.
