Staff UX Researcher

About The Role We're looking for a Staff UX Researcher to join the North team and build the research practice that helps us ship more intuitive, usable product experiences. In this role, you will establish the infrastructure, methods, and engagement model that gives teams the right signal at the right stage of product development. You'll work closely with designers, PMs, and cross‑functional partners to embed evidence-driven thinking into how we scope, build, and evaluate the work we ship. As the first dedicated researcher on North, you'll own the research practice end-to-end and play a key role in shaping how the team understands and responds to user needs. You'll work on a product that is defining how enterprises put AI to work, and your contributions will directly influence whether users can adopt and get value from it.
