Job Description

Renesas’ “India For India” is seeking an experienced Test Engineer to join our team. This role offers a unique and exciting opportunity to work on the development of state-of-the-art Power/Analog devices. You will be part of a cross-functional team, driving the product from conception to volume production.

**Responsibilities include:**

+ Work with design/systems teams to understand specifications
+ Generate test plan, create test and char program, design ATE hardware interface boards
+ Debug characterizing silicon on ATE, correlate results with bench data
+ Analyse silicon results, supporting failure analysis tasks
+ Perform statistical analysis of yield fallout, debug and fix yield issues; optimize test time
+ Work with production team to release products to volume production
+ Test strategy definition and implementation for new Power/Analog products
+ ATE (Automatic Test Equipment) ...
