About the Role
We are looking for a Staff Software Engineer (Technical Architect, Senior level) to lead the design and evolution of Flip's technical architecture. In this role, you will shape how our systems are built, ensuring they are scalable, reliable, secure, and aligned with our long-term engineering vision.
You'll work closely with engineering leaders, product managers, and cross-functional teams to translate business challenges into robust technical solutions. Beyond building systems, you'll set engineering standards, mentor teams, and drive initiatives that strengthen Flip's technology foundation.
