Staff Software Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a Staff Software Engineer for our Users Vertical. This vertical plays a critical and dual role in our engineering organization: on one hand, accelerating and optimizing the onboarding funnel so users are ready to buy in the shortest time possible with the least friction; on the other, designing and delivering the core user management services that serve as the foundation for every other business unit at Cashea. This is a hands‑on Staff role. You set the technical direction, make the architectural calls, and own how these systems behave under extreme, concurrent load. When a third‑party KYC provider goes down, the registration experience shouldn’t even flinch — and that’s on you. If you’re energized by high‑performance distributed API design, resilient identity/fraud integrations, and building internal platforms that scale, this is the role for you.
