Are you a seasoned RAN expert ready to take ownership of network performance for cutting-edge satellite-enabled cellular services? We're seeking a Senior Staff RAN Operations Engineer to lead production efforts for a globally deployed NTN (Non-Terrestrial Network) service used by millions of devices worldwide.
In this role you will be the production authority for RAN health and performance, evolving reactive monitoring into proactive, service-centric assurance. You'll define and refine RAN KPIs, drive live network optimisation, integrate AI/ML into operations, and act as the Level-3 escalation point during critical incidents.
