Job Description

We are seeking an experienced **Staff Project Manager** to lead multi-site analog and mixed-signal **semiconductor IC development** projects from concept to mass production. You will own **scope, schedule, cost, quality** and **risk** , orchestrating cross‑functional deliverables, such as Design, Test, Validation, Quality and Operations. Your leadership skills ensure **on-time execution** and delivery readiness for the customer in **compliance with the Renesas development process** and the automotive and functional safety standards ISO 26262 and IATF 16949.
