Staff Product engineer for Power MOSFET Division for New Product Development
Candidate responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Lead new product development and new package development projects for MOSFET, SiC, GaN and GaN Driver Collaborate with Test Engineering and Manufacturing Test Engineering teams to support new product development and ensure smooth ramp-up to mass production. Facilitate and coordinate design, process, assembly, test and releasing of the product to market Work closely with design, test, device engineers in varied locations in a team environment Establish and maintain strong working relationships with all stakeholders for effective problem solving and completion of product development in a timely manner Establish comprehensive test coverage to eliminate test escapes and guarantee product quality.
