Staff Product Engineer

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

+ Sustain and continuously improve product yield, quality, and performance in a manufacturing environment.
+ Drive product lifecycle activities, including product sustaining, change management, and end‑of‑life execution.
+ Collaborate with cross‑functional partners such as R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, Test, and Supply Chain to resolve technical issues and meet business objectives.
+ Apply structured analytical and problem‑solving methods to investigate data, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
+ Review and interpret electrical circuits, schematics, and test data to support product debugging and optimization.
+ Act as a technical driver to proactively manage tasks, issues, and risks with speed and accuracy.
