Staff Product Designer

About the role

This role sits at the centre of our product experience. As a Staff Product Designer, you’ll help define how we look and feels as we launch our inaugural mobile app and expand deeper into small business use cases. You’ll work across core small business features (like paying vendors and managing bills), consumer experiences, and moments of engagement and delight that make us feel approachable and rewarding. You’ll be responsible for simplifying complex financial workflows, setting a high bar for visual quality, and shaping a cohesive design language as we evolve into a multi-surface product.

What you’ll do

• Own the design of key mobile app experiences, from early concepts through to polished, production-ready UI
• Design small business features, including accounts payable, bill management, and payment flows, with a focus on clarity and ease of use
