Staff Product Designer, AI

As a member of the Design team, you'll play a critical role in shaping the experience business owners and aspiring entrepreneurs will have when using Durable. You'll craft beautiful experiences that intelligently and intuitively blend agentic workflows and traditional ui.

We're looking for designers who want to push technology while deeply empathizing with real customer problems. You'll work across all teams at Durable to define and deliver what the future of AI UX looks like. You'll be responsible for execution, holding everyone to a high standard of quality.

This is not a role where you'll spend your day in Figma. You'll be prototyping directly with the latest models, experimenting, learning their capabilities, and uncovering powerful opportunities to push innovative UX to our customers.
