Staff Process Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Responsible for overall Assembly process on Coherent Roadm product transfer to Ipoh. 
• To sustain & improve on the process and quality standard, procedures and control plan. 
• To plan and execute the various engineering builds, DOE, activities and data collection.  
• Monitoring line processes, improving quality and updating process instructions and documentation 
• Support in assembly manufacturing documentation like Process specifications, visual aids, manufacturing routes and work instructions 
• To provide the necessary engineering support and coordination of pilot build to ensure that new assemblies are completed on time and with minimum resources.  
• Identify and quantifies quality problems with materials and / or processes and provide solutions 
• Responsible for process and product yields of the mechanical assembly and test process.
