Responsibilities:

• Timely and accurate measurement and documentation of patients' vital signs, intake, and output, with prompt reporting of any abnormalities to the supervisor.
• Safe and accurate administration of medications, with proper documentation in patients' medical records.
• Effective handover and takeover of assigned patients during shift changes.
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene of assigned patients and bedside areas.
• Demonstrating courteous, caring, and professional behavior toward patients and their family members.
• Regular monitoring of assigned patients during the shift to ensure timely care and assess health conditions.
• Ability to pay attention to detail and work efficiently under pressure.
