RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Implementing the physician’s orders such as giving medications, assessing the patient’s/client’s response to the treatment plan and practicing infection control processes to reduce health risks in the work environment.

• Evaluating the safety of the medical plan before implementing it.

• Patient education and coaching.

• Performs all/any additional duties as assigned by your direct supervisor

• Conduct all nursing activities with the highest standard of professionalism and confidentiality.

• Maintains patient confidence and protects operations by monitoring confidential information processing.

• Maintains documentation of patient care services by auditing patient and department records.
