Job Profile

• Responsible for maintenance and reliability of mechanical equipment in the Kiln and Raw mill
• Overhaul and maintain VRM, Gearbox, separators, and feeders
• Perform complete disassembly, inspection, and reassembly of gearboxes
• Ensure proper alignment and lubrication of gearboxes and rotating equipment
• Replace rollers and bearings in VRM and Kiln support roller
• Monitor and maintain hydraulic systems
• Precise alignment of motors and driven equipment
• Perform vibration analysis and implement corrective actions
