The successful candidate will play a key role in translating system requirements into robust mechanical solutions that ensure superior performance, manufacturability, and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the mechanical design of optical modules, including housing, heat dissipation, optics alignment structures, and PCB integration.
Develop and optimize assembly processes for high-volume manufacturing, covering precision alignment, bonding, soldering, and sealing.
Conduct mechanical tolerance analysis, thermal analysis, and reliability assessment to ensure design robustness.
