Staff Mechanical Engineer - Pipeline & Facilities (Kansas City)

**Description**

The Staff Mechanical Engineer will work with the project team to create world-class designs for new projects, alterations, and redevelopments on a variety of natural gas facilities, including compressor stations, meter and regulator stations, and renewable natural gas facilities. The Staff Mechanical Engineer will work with the project team throughout the design and construction process, adapting mechanical plans according to budget constraints, design factors, or client needs.



+ Execution of mechanical engineering design and analysis for natural gas facilities and pipeline-related projects.

+ Mechanical design of stations and facilities, including piping systems and material specifications.

+ Preparation of calculations, studies, and technical reports, including pipe stress, pressure relief, and equipment sizing.

+ Development of P&IDs, piping plans, isometrics, equipment layouts, and associated bill of materials.
