We’re hiring for a global language technology company building production-grade machine learning systems used at enterprise scale across regulated industries.

This is a Staff-level IC role for an experienced ML engineer who wants to stay hands-on while shaping architecture, standards, and technical direction across a distributed ML organisation.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and architect complex, production ML systems end-to-end
• Design scalable ML pipelines and models aligned to real business outcomes
• Apply advanced ML techniques, with a strong focus on NLP and data-heavy use cases
• Act as a technical mentor and point of reference for other ML engineers

What We’re Looking For

• 8+ years’ experience in Machine Learning / AI Engineering
