Job Description

Join onsemi as a Staff Industrial Engineer at our Mountain Top, PA facility and play a key role in optimizing manufacturing processes, driving efficiency, and shaping innovative solutions for semiconductor production.
Maintain and improve site Capacity Model. Perform capacity analysis for various scenarios. Be able to evaluate bottlenecks and provide options to increase capacity. 
Develop and maintain an accurate Labor Model.
