Job Overview

Analyze and ues IE technolog & Lean manufacturing  with the objective of improving company resource utilization and production efficiency;
Organize kaizen events and value creation workshop with the objective of reducing cost
Analyze and optimize the plant space with the objective of improving space utilization

Job Requirements

Layout
(i) Handle factory overall layout;
(ii) Provide layout proposal for management team based on company strategy;
(iii) Work shop and production line layout;
(iv) Improve space utilization and optimize the plant process flow;
(v) Use Visio or Auto CAD to work out layout;
(vi) Evaluate facility and network requirement;
