Staff Fullstack Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer with a strong backend focus to join a small, high-impact engineering team. This role is critical to building and scaling internal systems used daily by clinicians and operations teams. You’ll work in a lean environment with high ownership and autonomy, where execution quality matters. The ideal candidate is Senior (6+ years of experience), writes clean and reliable code, and actively uses AI tools to accelerate development while maintaining strong engineering standards.

• Building and evolving backend services that power internal clinical workflows
• Developing features across web (React) and mobile (React Native) applications
• Designing systems that integrate with existing healthcare and EHR platforms
• Improving performance, reliability, and maintainability of core services
