Lead groundbreaking projects as a Staff Engineer Characterization within Infineon's R&D team, where your expertise transforms semiconductor technology. This role emphasizes collaboration and advanced electrical characterization.
You will apply your knowledge of HVDC and AC characterization to analyze GaN HEMT devices, creating efficient test structures and automating measurement systems. Your ability to interpret physical analysis data will aid in understanding device physics, while working closely with modeling teams.
