Staff Engineer, Quality Assurance Engineering (DP/Flipchip)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain, improve, and develop QA/QC program as defined in the Company’s Quality Policy standard and control plan.
• Developing and implementing quality control systems, policies, procedures, specifications, forms, checklists, reports, etc., for services, incoming material, and factory assembly, testing and shipping.
• Lead on Quality incident 8D . Investigate quality problems by reviewing quality trends, tracking the root cause(s) of the problem(s), coordinating corrective actions, and implanting appropriate adjustments. Resolve inquiries to satisfaction in a professional, timely manner, responding verbally and/or in writing.
• Implement preventive actions to reduce and/or prevent quality problems.
• Performs internal audits of the operation process using inspection results and statistical techniques to provide timely, accurate process and product analysis.
