The Staff Product Yield Engineer is responsible for driving yield improvement and product quality across the semiconductor manufacturing lifecycle. This role identifies yield loss mechanisms, leads root-cause analysis, and drives corrective and preventive actions in partnership with fab, test, design, quality, and failure analysis teams. The position also plays a key role in product qualifications, process changes, and site transfer activities, while providing technical leadership on complex yield challenges.
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Lead yield enhancement initiatives for a range of analog and mixed-signal integrated circuit products. Perform hold lots management and dispositions.
