Staff Engineer of Quality, Compliance & Manufactur

As the Director of Quality, Compliance, and Manufacturing Engineering, you will:

● Implement and uphold quality and compliance standards and processes.
● Lead local Asia manufacturing and quality teams to ensure product quality and production continuity.
● Act as the engineering and quality contact point for Asian contract manufacturers during mass production.
● Drive resolutions for various manufacturing line issues with Asian manufacturing partners and their suppliers.
● Enhance production yield and throughput/UPH (units per hour) to improve quality and reduce cycle time and cost.
● Manage a supplier corrective action system, conduct on-site visits, and hold regular meetings to address supplier quality issues, monitoring changes through the PC (product/process change notification) platform.
● Foster positive relationships with Asian contract manufacturers and component suppliers.
