We are seeking a talented, highly motivated, and results-driven Staff Controls Engineer with expertise in control systems specification, design, architecture, programming, and verification. This role focuses on delivering innovative and robust control solutions across a broad range of HVAC and refrigeration systems.

The Staff Controls Engineer will work with global, cross-disciplinary teams to design, develop, test, troubleshoot, and support control systems throughout the full lifecycle—from conceptual design and model-based development to lab validation and field trial support. This position offers the opportunity to engage with multiple business units and contribute to a diverse product portfolio.
