What You Will Be Doing

• Own and drive sustaining test engineering activities for optocoupler sensor products in high-volume manufacturing.
• Perform and oversee product testing for functionality, performance and quality compliance.
• Measure, collect, and ensure accuracy of electrical and optical test data using appropriate test equipment.
• Analyze test data to identify yield trends, variation and improvement opportunities.
• Lead yield improvement, test optimization and cost reduction initiatives.
• Drive root cause analysis (RCA) for test failures, yield excursions and customer-related issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Develop, improve and maintain test programs, test hardware and test methodologies.
