What You Will Be Doing

• Lead a team of engineers and technicians in process optimization, simplification, and improvement.
• Establish Design of Experiment (DOE) for process improvement projects.
• Evaluate and study raw materials for cost savings, shorten process lead‑time and increase productivity & quality.
• Perform root cause analysis for improvement and process sustainability.
• Perform line audit to detect line discrepancy.
