Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a (Sr.) Staff Engineer, Power EE (BBU/ESS/PSU/BMS) located in Taiwan Taipei Wugu Site.
Reporting to the EE Manager, the EE Staff Engineer role involves to perform the responsibility for system design in Tier 1 customer's BBU/ESS Projects request.
What a typical day looks like:
Design high power density AC/DC and DC/DC BBU (Battery Backup Unit) system for server, telecom, datacenter and industrial application.
Support RFI and RFQ and provide design proposal.
Provide BBU design solution to implement design review with customer
Experience in leading R&D team is preferred
Component standardization, optimize design and deep drive on cost reduction
