Job Description What you get to do in this role: The Global Incident Response (GIR) team consists of five units: Triage, Investigations, Incident Command, Threat Hunting and Insider Threat. You will be joining the Threat Hunting & Insider Threat program. As a Staff Business Systems Analyst, you will own a significant stake in ServiceNow s hunting strategy and risk reduction for insider threats and will be helping to mature the global programs. Implement, and manage the Insider Threat and Threat Hunting programs in alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements. Establish program governance, policies, and operational processes to enhance visibility into insider risks and external threats. Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, facilitating meetings, managing expectations, and addressing concerns proactively.
