Staff Associate Engineer - Product

Responsibilities

• Monitor, maintain and qualify equipment, tools/fixtures for production used. Perform periodic verification and calibration on equipment/ tools/ fixtures.
• Apply lean manufacturing principles to eliminate waste in the production process and improve yield.
• Manage and execute high‑precision assembly tasks in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment, with proven experience in epoxy bonding processes.
• Utilize optical alignment machines to achieve precise and accurate equipment setups.
• Observe discrepancies, understand the manufacturing process in detail, troubleshoot at an appropriate level, and involve senior members of staff.
• Communicate and interface well with peers, enhancing teamwork.
• Demonstrate emotional intelligence.
• Implement continual improvement and efficient use of resources.
• Perform any other duties as directed by the immediate superior from time to time.
