Staff Application Engineer- experienced in Power IC validation

Job Description

+ Plan and execute product validation and characterization to demonstrate performance, robustness, and compliance to customer use-cases
+ Collaborate with Product Engineering, R&D, Firmware, and Marketing to translate customer requirements into product features, configuration options, and roadmap feedback.
+ Develop test plans, automate bench measurements where applicable (Python/C), analyze data, and generate concise reports to support internal release decisions and customer communications.
+ Create and review customer-facing collateral such as datasheets, application notes, user guides, design guidelines, and troubleshooting FAQs; ensure technical accuracy and clarity.
+ Support silicon bring-up and customer configuration (GUI/firmware/PMBus as applicable), including loop compensation guidance, sequencing, telemetry setup.
