Staff Android Developer

At Talenter we are seeking a Staff Android Developer to guide the architecture, design, and technical evolution for mobile application company. In this role, you will provide technical leadership across multiple teams, mentor senior developers, and partner closely with Product Management and Design leadership to deliver premium, scalable, and responsive experiences. You will apply deep expertise in Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, Coroutines, caching strategies, and event-driven programming to solve complex technical challenges and set the standard for mobile development across the organization.
