Staff AI Software Engineer

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

You will design and develop AI‑enabled software solutions that accelerate productivity across Emerson’s Test & Measurement business unit, NI, using a breadth of tools beginning with Microsoft Copilot and Power Platform. You will rapidly prototype and iterate on ideas, using AI to quickly learn new technologies and deliver working solutions with short feedback loops. You will integrate applications with enterprise systems—initially within the Microsoft ecosystem and expanding to platforms such as Snowflake, Salesforce, and Oracle. You will collaborate closely with product owners, analysts, and business partners to validate needs and deliver solutions that create measurable value. You will also build reusable patterns and guide others in effective use of AI tools, strengthening developer enablement across NI.
