Staff AI Engineer

Our client in the Fintech space is seeking a fulltime/permanent Staff AI Engineer to help with the design, build, and deploy production-grade, customer-facing AI features end-to-end—combining scalable backend engineering with advanced LLM, agentic, and RAG-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy customer-facing, production-ready AI features end-to-end, from concept through monitoring and iteration
• Architect scalable, low-latency backend systems that support AI workloads and integrate seamlessly with existing services
• Implement and optimize agentic AI systems, RAG pipelines, and multi-agent workflows using modern LLM frameworks
• Own the full feature stack, including data models, APIs, AI integrations, evaluation frameworks, and observability
• Partner closely with Product, Design, and Data teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions
