Staff AI Architect

Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Staff Architect to join a global HCM client on a full time permanent basis working fully remote in Canada. The successful candidate will help define and build an AI-native implementation workspace designed to support customers from raw input through configuration, data migration, and testing. This role will own the technical architecture across multiple product areas and platform surfaces, with a focus on building reliable agentic systems, domain agents, evaluation frameworks, and human-in-the-loop workflows. Primary responsibilities include setting multi-year technical strategy, designing orchestration and platform layers, building production-ready AI systems, establishing quality measurements for agent output, and partnering with Product, Design, ML, Platform, and Engineering teams to drive high-impact technical decisions.
