Summary This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: Serves as the District Commander's executive advisor, managing staff actions, executive operations, and administrative support. This is a developmental position, GS-11, GS-12. Management may hire at any grade level. Responsibilities Provides executive administrative support and serves as a principal advisor to the District Commander.
