Staff Accountant

Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations and help ensure accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of general ledger accounting, account reconciliations, month-end close, and financial statement preparation. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively.


Key Responsibilities

+ Prepare and post journal entries accurately and timely

+ Perform monthly, quarterly, and year-end account reconciliations

+ Assist with month-end and year-end close processes

+ Maintain general ledger accounts and support financial reporting activities

+ Analyze financial data and resolve accounting discrepancies
