Staff Accountant

Description We are looking for a Staff Accountant to support accounting operations and financial reporting for a portfolio of entities and real estate assets in Virginia Beach, Virginia. This role is well suited for someone who can manage detailed accounting work across multiple ownership structures while contributing thoughtful analysis that helps guide business decisions. The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, and comfortable working in an environment where initiative, sound judgment, and strong follow-through are essential.

Responsibilities:
• Produce monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements and reporting packages for assigned entities, properties, and related ventures.
