Staff Accountant

Description We are looking for an experienced Staff Accountant to join our team in Newport Beach, California. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property accounting and a solid understanding of accounting principles. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to manage a variety of financial tasks efficiently.

• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations to verify financial data and resolve discrepancies.
• Oversee the full-cycle month-end close process, including journal entries and financial reporting.
• Conduct CAM reconciliations and ensure compliance with lease agreements.
• Utilize Yardi software to maintain accurate financial records and reporting.
