We are looking for a Staff Accountant to join a healthcare organization in Nashville, Tennessee. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to core accounting operations while building expertise in month-end close, reconciliations, and general ledger activities. Responsibilities:

• Support the monthly close cycle by preparing entries, organizing supporting documentation, and helping ensure deadlines are met accurately.

• Maintain general ledger records and perform account reconciliations, identifying discrepancies and resolving issues in a timely manner.

• Monitor prepaid expenses and related schedules to keep financial records complete and up to date.
