Staff Accountant

Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join a manufacturing organization in Dallas, Texas on a Long-term Contract basis. This position will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting daily accounting functions across a collaborative team environment. The ideal candidate brings solid experience in core accounting processes and can provide dependable support in a fast-moving setting while helping the team manage operational demands.

Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate financial records by supporting general ledger activity and ensuring transactions are recorded properly.
• Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and other supporting documentation to assist with monthly closing activities.
