We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Staff Accountant to join our growing finance team in Boca Raton, Florida. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, supporting month-end close processes, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

+ Prepare and post journal entries, including accruals, deferrals, and reclassifications

+ Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts on a regular basis

+ Perform monthly bank and balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy

+ Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes

+ Prepare financial statements and supporting schedules for internal reporting
