Our client is a public company seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to support core accounting operations and financial reporting activities in Bethesda, Maryland. This role will contribute to monthly close, account analysis, cash activity, and fixed asset accounting while partnering with the Accounting Manager and other stakeholders to maintain accurate records. The ideal candidate brings a solid foundation in accounting principles, strong spreadsheet skills, and a proactive approach to improving process efficiency and reporting quality.
