SSSTS Supervisor

Russell Taylor Group are looking for a good, reliable SSSTS Supervisor to work on a construction project in SG8, Royston starting ASAP!
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the morning STA briefing, setting priorities and allocating daily duties.
Ensure the team follows site safety procedures and escalates hazards/near misses appropriately.
Supervise waste management, deliveries, and material movement within the building to maintain a clean, efficient work environment.
Attend daily coordination meetings and support SimOps planning across the site.
Maintain accurate daily paperwork, ensuring all records are completed, signed, and filed correctly.
Brief the workforce clearly so everyone understands tasks, responsibilities, and site expectations.
Monitor timekeeping and ensure break times are adhered to in line with site policy.
Promote and enforce wider WJ compliance across all site team activities.
