Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Manager – US Real Estate Operations to lead and scale a mix of underwriting, lender review, and real estate operations. This role requires strong expertise in US mortgage underwriting, condominium project reviews, and operational process management.
You will be responsible for driving quality, compliance, and efficiency , while leading teams and building scalable processes that support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Underwriting & Lender Review
Lead end-to-end underwriting including Capacity, Capital, Collateral, and Credit for US mortgage and condominium projects. Reviewing and approving New and Established project across for all GSEs including Fannie, Freddie, FHA and VA loan programs while ensuring accurate decisioning and clear justification for ineligible or declined cases
