Qualifications

Must Have Skills:

8+ years hands-on Java Development in WebSphere environment

3+ year leading team of 5+ developers

3+ year work experience in Agile Scrum team

Core Java

Strong J2EE in XML, JMS, JAX-WS, CXF

Spring Framework

Strong understanding of OOP &SOA

Design Patterns

Java concurrency, concurrency patterns

Experience building thread safe code
