Sr/Facility Engineer

1. Responsible for maintaining facility utilities repair, ensure compliance, troubleshoot, and manage building system.

2. Ensuring compliance with facility procedures, improve energy efficiency while supporting cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.

3. Identify and resolve facility-related issues promptly and effectively.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair all facility systems, including HVAC, CDA, Scrubber, Chimney, 10K & 100K clean room electrical, plumbing, and lighting systems.
• Oversee preventive maintenance schedules for building equipment and systems to ensure smooth operation.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations including ISO 45001 (Occupational, Health and Safety).
• Work closely with third-party contractors, suppliers, and service providers for repair and maintenance projects.
