• Experience in production support, operations, NOC, SRE, DevOps, or application support roles
• Working knowledge of:
o Application, infrastructure, and/or cloud environments
o Logs, monitoring, alerts, and basic diagnostics
• Familiarity with observability tools (APM, logging platforms, metrics dashboards) is preferred
• Ability to read and follow technical runbooks and SOPs
